Mary's Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has an immediate opening for a Nurse Unit Manager (RN or LPN).
In this position, you will supervise day-to-day nursing activities on the unit to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained in accordance with guidelines and regulations that govern our facility.
On-the-job training will be provided.
The successful candidate will possess:
Maryland Nursing license (RN preferred) Long-term care and management experience preferred MDS preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills, and good documentation and time management skills.
Must be able to Work a full-time day shift with On-Call St.
